Is it okay to use the hip abductors/ adductors if...? - hip rehabilitation
I broke my hip when I 13 years (4 years) and I wondered if it OK to use the kidnappers hop / adductor machine height. He was placed on two legs, and are always in my doctor told me it had recovered from his wound, and I've never done physical therapy or rehabilitation after injury, in addition to my normal activities again.

There should be no restrictions on this so ... Apart from the common sense not to try to overweight its first outing.
